New Residents must complete an orientation before first use of the Clubhouse and Facilities. Drop by or call (936-271-3411) to schedule an orientation.
Residents and guests must have ID badges visible at all times when using Club Windsor.
Club Windsor as well as the pool and spa area has been designated SMOKING AND TOBACCO FREE. There is a designated smoking area at the front of the Clubhouse, next to the mailbox.
Suitable casual attire is required in the Clubhouse during regular hours of operation. All persons are required to wear shoes, shirt or other covering in the Clubhouse at all times.
The Club Windsor Office and Staff will be available during these hours, and will provide the following services:
- Copies - 10c per page for black and white or 24c per page for color
- Sending faxes - Local at $1.00 per page, and International at $6.00 (for the first page, $1.00 per additional page).
- Recieving faxes - 50c per page
The following newspapers are available daily in the office for your perusal: USA Today, Houston Chronicle, Wall Street Journal. These must be signed out if you wish to borrow them, and we ask that you please do not remove these from the Clubhouse.
Copies of the Villager are available every Thursday, and these are free to take with you, as are monthly editions of Senior News.
Guests must be accompanied at all times by a Resident. Guests must also abide by all Clubhouse rules and regulations. There is a per household limit of 15 visitors per day. More than this will be considered an event, and will be subject to rental rules and fees.
Guest Passes may be purchased at the Clubhouse during regular office hours. For Guests brought to the facilities outside regular hours (for example, on a holiday), we ask that you buy a pass for them ahead of time.
A daily Guest Pass costs $3.00 per guest, regardless of age. Weekly Passes (not to exceed 7 days) are available for $15.00 and Monthly Passes (not to exceed 30 days) are available for $30.00.
Holders of a yellow 'Single Resident Guest Pass' may use this to bring one adult guest to the Clubhouse at no charge. This pass may be used to bring a child to the pool (during appropiate hours).
Children are defined as any guest under the age of 19. Children are permitted to use the pool during designated hours (see Pool section), and must be accompanied by a Resident. Children are not permitted in the Fitness Room, Billiard Room or the Library/Computer Room.

There is NO Lifeguard, swim at your own risk!
Food and beverages are permitted in the pool area, however, not within 4ft of the pool or spa itself. The only exception this is water in unbreakable containers. NO glass containers are permitted in the pool area.
The use of flotation devices and other inflatables is permitted only when the use of such does not interfere with other swimmers. The life preservers on the fence are NOT toys, and should not be used except in case of emergencies.
Diving, jumping, running and general horseplay are NOT permitted, and such behaviour should be reported to Club Staff. Anyone using the pool facilities should conduct themsleves in a courteous manner with regard to the safety and comfort of others. Violators will be asked to leave the pool area.
The last person in the pool area should close the umbrellas, especially the ones in the pool, as they are most susceptible to bending and breaking, or blowing out of their sockets into the pool.
Fitness Room hours are the same as for the Pool and Spa. During normal Clubhouse hours, you can access the Fitness Room either through the Clubhouse lobby, or via the pool deck. When the Clubhouse is closed, you will need your Access Pass to be able to get into the Fitness Room via the pool deck.
Plastic or other non-breakable water bottles are permitted in the Fitness Room, however othe types of container are not, nor is food permitted in the Fitness Room.
Shirts, shorts or pants and athletic shoes should be worn at all times. Athletic wear is recommended, 'street clothing' or bathing suits are not recommended.
Please limit your use of the equipment to 30 minutes if other residents are waiting.
The last person to leave should turn off the television, replace the remote on the emergency phone, and switch off the ceiling fans.
No food or beverages are permitted in the Billiards Room.
Please refrain from sitting, leaning or placing personal items on the game tables.
When using the Pool table, please return all balls to the pockets at conclusion of play, and return cue sticks and chalk to the wall racks. Replace the pool table cover before leaving.
The television, VCR and DVD player are provided for your viewing pleasure. Do not remove the remote controls from the room, and please keep the volume to a respectable level.
Library and Computer Room
No food or beverages are permitted in the Library / Computer Room
The library books, audio books and puzzles are available for your enjoyment. When you are finished with a book, please return it to the container in the library. You may also use this container to make donations to the library.
The computers have been configured for your use. Do not change any settings. If you are having problems, please contact the Club Windsor Staff.
When Computer Skills classes are in progress, residents must wait to use the computers.
Do not store personal information or data on the hard drive, as this data is subject to be erased without notice. It is recommended you bring a USB flash drive if you wish to keep any data.
If you wish to print anything, paper is available from the Office at 10c per page. Please be respectful of this charge, as it goes to help offset the price of the ink cartridges that the printer uses.
Food and beverages are permitted in this room. Alcoholic beverages may be brought in for social functions.
Use of this room is by schedule only. If the room is unoccupied and you would like to use it, please check with Cluhouse Staff.
The sound stage / control center is to be operated by Club Windsor Staff or their designee only. However the jukebox is available for your enjoyment at all times. If you need assistance, please contact a member of Staff.
The Ballroom may be rented by Residents for private functions. Check with staff for current rates, procedures and availability.
