Landscape Committee

Town Center Landscaping has completed the renovation of the flowerbeds in the pool area.  The renovation involved the following work:  (a) removal of Hawthorn bushes and Lantana; (b) addition of soil to raise the level of the beds; (c ) planting Knockout Roses, Loropetalum, Blue Plumbago, African Iris, Gold Lantana, and Bulbine; (d) laying two cubic yards of mulch; and (e) installing covers for the electrical outlets.  The beds immediately outside the Clubhouse doors and the beds below the gazebo were renovated earlier this year.  Total cost of renovation of the pool area beds was $6,675.

Our hot, dry summer has caused the leaves and pine needles to begin dropping earlier than usual.  Fall gutter cleaning will begin the week after Labor Day.

Yard waste is beginning to appear in the common areas again.  When you as an individual homeowner dispose of yard waste by putting it at the curb on trash day, there is no extra cost. When trash is put in the common area, we have to hire someone to pick it up.  It ends up as an extra bill paid for by your monthly dues.  Please do the right thing.  Put yard waste at the curb for pick up on trash day.
