NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

Notice is hereby given of the Annual Meeting of the Windsor Hills Homeowners’ Association,
Inc. to be held on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at 5 pm via Zoom. The Link to the meeting will be sent out via email. The link will be sent out again starting May 26, 2020.

You are requested to make every effort to attend the meeting. In the event you are not able to
attend the Annual Meeting, kindly submit your proxy to ensure a quorum for the Annual Meeting
to LEAD Association Management, Inc, or to the Clubhouse, as soon as possible. Proxies must
be received by May 27, 2020.

SPECIAL BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETING

FOLLOWING THE 5 PM ANNUAL MEETING

3. Additional Business
    3.1 Ratify motion to purchase an 18-month $100,000 Pioneer Bank certificate of deposit paying 1.15% from              existing funds in the Reserve Accou nt.
    3.2 Move to accept Hal Watson Air Conditioning Quote Q97955 for the installation of energy recovery                       ventilators in Clubhouse at a cost of $12,682. Include an additional $4,000 for electrical and other                       unforeseen costs to support the system. The total for this project should not exceed $16,682.
