About Windsor Hills

In Windsor Hills, we’re more than neighbors. We’re friends. You’ll find us having fun in our lively clubhouse, relaxing at the resort-style pool or walking along paved trails through our forested neighborhood.

Our age 55+, active-adult community of 437 homes is located in The Woodlands Township, a community of 115,000 north of Houston. Niche.com ranks The Woodlands, with its 150 parks and 220 miles of hike and bike trails, the No.1 Best City to Live in America and sixth on its best cities to retire list.

World-class medical facilities, premium shopping, entertainment and restaurants are all nearby. Museums, professional sports, first-class performing arts and an international airport are a short drive south on Interstate 45.

Windsor Hills is bordered on the west by the 1,700-acre W.G. Jones State Forest, a prime hiking location. A paved trail from the east side of the neighborhood leads to Lone Star College-Montgomery, where residents take advantage of educational and fitness opportunities.
